Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Remaining balances are due on the day of your session.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, CashApp, and Cash.

• Full payment must be received before the session begins.

• Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Rental Time

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend your booking.

• Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please book accordingly.

Studio Use

• Clients are welcome to use the studio creatively during their session.

• Professional and respectful conduct is expected at all times. Any damage or disruptive behavior may result in additional fees.

• Light snacks and drinks are permitted in designated areas. Please clean up after yourself.

Equipment & Props

• Basic lighting and select props are available for use.

• Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or furnishings.

• Personal equipment is permitted; however, the studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Photography Rights

• Clients retain full rights to their images.

• With permission, the studio may request to use select content for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases.

Health & Safety

• The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each session.

• If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell, please reschedule your booking.

Liability

• Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the studio, equipment, or property during their rental period.
